Biography

Liao Yunjun has been engaged in clinical diagnosis, treatment, and research in plastic surgery for more than 10 years. He has extensive experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment and in managing complex clinical cases, and possesses solid surgical skills and excellent clinical operative abilities. He is familiar with aesthetic principles and can meet the individualized needs of patients seeking aesthetic improvement.

Liao Yunjun focuses on clinical application research on fat grafting and adipose-derived stem cells. As first author or corresponding author, he has published 7 English-language papers related to fat grafting in internationally renowned journals, including 3 papers in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the world's most authoritative journal in plastic surgery. He has a research foundation in the fields of fat grafting and adipose-derived stem cell therapy.

To date, he has completed 5 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 Youth Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 2 Director's Fund projects, and 1 New Services and New Technologies project.

He participated in the writing of 1 English-language monograph and 1 Chinese-language monograph.
